Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach available for sanitizer at time of inspection
**Corrected during inspection** Operator purchased bleach and provided proof that adequate sanitizer is on site.

Ensure bleach is always available and that staff understand how to properly mix it. Recommended to have a poster that instructs staff on proper mixing ratio:

1/2 tsp household unscented bleach : 1L cold water.

Entire facility needs to be cleaned regularly as per approved sanitation plan. If new equipment has been identified, it needs to be added to the cleaning schedule.
