- follow-up inspection to yesterday's initial inspection
- the previous mentioned items have been addressed
-handsink at front has been repaired
it is no longer leaking and taps are secured to the countertop.
- chlorine test strips were obtained by operator. Operator prepared 100 ppm bleach solution at time of inspection (1/2 capful in 1/2 filled white bucket)
- mouse droppings and bait have been removed from hot water tank closet
- all bait has been removed from premises. Snap traps and glueboards have been installed in back storage room
- stoppers available for 2-compartment sink
- raw wood shelf behind toilet has been painted
- toilet paper dispenser is installed.
- lids have been removed from garbage cans
- lower shelf of dry storage rack has been adjusted, now it is 6" from the floor.
- gaps have been filled under the handsink by the pizza oven.

- provided comments regarding the food saftey plan and sanitation plan
- these documents were updated by operator at time of inspection
- food safety plan & sanitation plan approved
- operator to obtain probe thermometer prior to operating restaurant.
