Routine inspection: raw coffee bean receiving, roasting, grinding, blending, and packaging operation.

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottles (DIN 02248470).
Receiving and storage areas cleaned and organized. All food products stored off the floor.
Pest control services in place. No evidence of pests at time of inspection.
Coffee beans placed into loader with a magnet. Roasting beans go through a de-stoner. After roasting there is no handling.
