-Bleach sanitizer observed in spray bottles around the premise at 200ppm -Staff now use sanitizer at the three compartment sink (Bleach) -All coolers <or= 4C, all cold potentially hazardous food stored properly -Reheating burger patties in microwave to 74C before hot holding **Please keep a temperature log for all the coolers and freezers, check and log twice a day.
