Hand wash sink supplied with soap and paper towel in dispensers. All coolers <4C. Walk in cooler <4C. Freezers <-18C. Operator has and keeps receipts for approved sources. Prep areas are generally clean and free of debris at the time of inspection. Staff washroom is generally clean. Dry storage area, items are off the floor. Dishwasher was off and not available for testing at the time of inspection. Most items are in food grade wrap (deli meats) and single use service containers for take out and/or packaged goods. Operator has 3 comp sink for sanitizing dishes and bleach. Bleach sanitizer at 100ppm. No signs of pests at the time of inspection, however, would recommend sealing some minor light showing through the back door and recommend putting box traps at the back for prevention. You can follow up with pest control for more preventative measures. No signature collected due to busy service during the inspection.
