-Hand-sink stocked w/ soap, paper towels, & hot/cold water
-Refrigerators <4 Celsius
-Freezer temp satisfactory
-Dishwasher (high-temp) reached rinse temp of 72.1 Celsius (71 C or higher req'd) on 3rd run
*Recommend adjusting the rinse temp slightly higher to ensure that the dishwashing machine consistently reaches/exceeds 71 Celsius rinse temp.
-Food contact surface santizers available: Clorox bleach, Ostro San
*Ensure to follow mixing instructions when diluting the concentrated sanitizer chemicals
(eg. ~1 tsp of regular strength bleach per litre of water)
