Display cooler measured at 4 degrees C.
Freezer measured at -18 degrees C.

Sanitation and food storage
Hand washing sink was fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
QUATS sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips. Test strips available on site.
2 compartment sinks for manual dishwashing with drain plugs available.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing cycle measured at 72.8 degrees C at the plate level.
General sanitation is adequate.
Ice machine was in sanitary condition.
General food storage is acceptable.

Pest
No sign of recent pest activity was observed at the time of inspection.
Routine pest control is conducted through Surrey Memorial Hospital's pest control company.

100% of staffs has FoodSafe Level 1 training.
