Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station against wall next to cooking line not supplied with soap and paper towel or other single-use drying method during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Place paper towel and liquid hand soap at the hand washing station. Ensure all hand washing stations are maintained supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to ensure food handlers are washing their hands properly at an adequate frequency.

Observation: Few house flies observed on site during inspection. Sticky fly traps are observed in non-food preparation areas.

Observations:
- 2-door stainless steel cooler at 3'C
- Stainless steel stand-up cooler #1 upon entry at 3'C
- Stainless steel stand-up cooler #2 next to handwashing station at 2'C
- Chest freezers located outside (X2) observed protected from potential contamination (under covered area) and measured at 3'C
- Thermometers available in cold-holding units
- Temperature logs are maintained up to date - good!
- General sanitation of premise is good during inspection
- Hand washing station next to cooler supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 78'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 4-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Dry storage area kept in sanitary manner
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent trained staff available on site
- Health permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
