Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Expired syrups (one in March and one in June) being stored in the dry storage area. Expired items cannot guarentee/food safe quality. Discard all expired items and ensure they are not used. Operator voluntarily discarded expired items.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand washing station did not have soap to adequately wash hands. Proper hand washing is required to reduce likelihood of contaminating food. Ensure soap, paper towel and running hot/cold water is available at all times.

- Sanitizer buckets at the front counter and back are >/=100ppm of chlorine residual
-bleach is available for manual sanitizing
- Chemical storage were separate from food storage and all stored 6" above the ground
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- No pest observed at time of inspeciton

- Operating permit displayed at front counter.
