Observation: - Container of sugar water stored on floor in amongst rodent droppings.
- Lack of sanitizer solution upon arrival of EHO.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - sanitizer solution made and sugar water discarded.
- Rodent droppings observed on shelves - under microwave
- Rodent droppings observed on counter - under tea machines
- Blenders only washed once per day. Facility is currently rinsing after each use and washing in dishwasher at end of the day. This is not frequently enough.

Correction: - NO FOOD TO BE STORED ON FLOOR. Invest in shelving. Remove any items not necessary for business from shelves and use what space is available in the kitchen.
- Sanitizer solution is to be made first thing each day prior to the start of food preparation. Staff were shown how to properly make sanitizer solution during inspection. This must be made daily, used throughout the day and changed frequently as sanitizer solution becomes less strong as it is used.
- Cleaning and sanitizing of areas of concern. Use 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent solution. Remove all items from counters and shelves. Clean and sanitize contaminated areas.
- Blenders are to be washed rinsed and sanitized in dishwasher every 2-4 hours or more as required.

- Back door requires sealing to ensure it is tight fitting
- More cleaning as rodent droppings were observed in lower cupboard and at back door today
- Continue to clean thoroughly
- Continue to trap and monitor for pests
