A professional pest control is onsite regularly. Provide the next pest control report to Fraser Health. Business card provided during the inspection. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Bleach sanitizer solution was tested at 100 ppm. 3-compartment available for dishwashing. The operator is FoodSafe certified. General sanitation was satisfactory
