Sliding glass door cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Single door Pepsi cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Ice cream freezer at or below -18 degrees C. Both chest freezers at or below -18 degrees C. No holding at time of inspection. Last entry for temperature monitoring records April 19. Ensure all coolers, freezers, and hot holding temperatures are monitored and recorded on the log sheet.
