Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice scoop was stored in a container of room temperature water.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the scoop is stored in water measuring 4C or colder, and change out the ice/water solution every 4 hours. Staff made up a new ice/water solution at the time of inspection.
