Comments

Handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold water, paper towel, liquid soap.

Temperatures:
-All fridges except far right display cooler were below 4°C
→Far right display cooler is not in use, as per operator. To be serviced today by tech.
-All freezers are below - 78°C
-High temperature dishwasher is available. Final probed rinse temperature was 77.1°C.

General Maintenance & Sanitation:
-Three-compartment sink, plugs, and bleach available for manual dishwashing
-One 3-compartment sink was not in use during inspection
*Bleach sanitizer bucket is free of debris and was measured at a concentration of 200ppm.
-Dry storage area is organized and maintained
-Food products are 6-inches above the ground
-No signs of pests, during inspection
-All bulk dry food products are covered and in pest-proof containers
-Facility has adequate lighting
-Dry bulk goods were free from foreign debris.

Administrative:

*Temperature logs are available; however, not maintained adequately
