Grease trap cleaned out and lid replaced The blockage which caused the grease trap to spill over did not originate in the kitchen grease trap but rather further along in the sewer line at a "Y" connection according to the technician who serviced the grease trap. Floor and all food contact surfaces in the warewashing room cleaned and sanitized Closure order lifted. Premises may reopen when ready.
