Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units less than or equal to 4C and equipped with thermometer.
Foods stored in the front hot holding had an internal temperature of at least 60C.
Food items properly covered and stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
No pest activity noted.
3 compartment sink was in-use and setup. Quats test strips were available.
Hand washing station satisfactory.
Freezer unit at -18C.


Hand delivered Fraser Health Permit for operation of food service establishment.
Ensure all produce are properly washed prior to being cut and served to customers.
