Observation: 1. Plastic containers stored as clean observed to have build up of food debris. Stored next to handwashing station beside walk-in cooler.
2. Plastic containers stored as clean stacked while still wet.
3. Personal sealed plastic bottle observed to be stored in ice machine for cooling. Ice in ice machine is considered a food. Putting bottle in the ice to cool the bottle may contaminate the ice.
