Paper report #259821 - Handsink is equipped with cold/hot running water, soap, paper towel. - QUAT sanitzier was measured at 200ppm. - Hot water dishwasher was measured at 77.1C - 2 compartment dishwashing/pot sink - 2 compartment household sink (1 compartment for handwashing) - walk-in cooler and freezer (in the garage) were measured at 4C and -18C, respectively. *Please notify the inspector when there are any changes.
