NOTE: Front handsink faucet replaced and secured. Good.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.7'C at the place level after final rinse.
- 200ppm chlorine available in labelled spray bottles.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop holder available.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

Facility maintained in a good sanitary condition.
NOTE: Minor layout change in kitchen- relocation of coolers/freezer. No concerns observed.
