Follow up inspection to report F00244973.

-Soap dispenser installed at the main handwashing station.
-Working thermometers available inside all coolers, freezers, hot holding units.
-Chlorine test strips available to monitor sanitizer concentration.
-QUAT sanitizer at 200ppm concentration available in properly labelled spray bottles. Obtain QUAT test strips.
-Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine concentration to sanitize equipment, utensils and other food contact surfaces.
-Provided annual permit fee of $137.50 collected at the time of the inspection (cheque #065).
-Daily temperature log available for coolers, freezers, hot holding units. Ensure to properly label each equipment and immediately begin temp. log.

Conditional Health approval to operate granted at the time of inspection. This approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other regulatory agencies. It is the operator's responsibility to ensure that they obtain a business license from the City of Surrey to operate.

Condition: The domestic stove top must be replaced with commercial grade and meet NSF or ULC standards. Please refer to the Approval letter issued on September 7th, 2018. Contact the health inspector once replaced on June 4th, 2019.
