Routine Inspection:
- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface
- Powersmart sanitizer available - greater than 1875ppm lactic acid *Check with EcoLab regarding high concentration*
- Walk-in freezer and upright freezers were -18C or lower
- Walk-in cooler, and preparation line and inserts, and under-counter coolers were 4C or lower
- Hot holding units were 60C or greater
- Bar area freezer was -18C or lower. Compressor for coolers is under repair at the moment - drinks are stored on ice and milk is stored in separate cooler
- Safe food practices were maintained; all food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground, all perishable items were date stamped, and all foods were covered and protected against contamination
- Ice machine was in good condition; ice scoop was stored in a sanitary manner
- Staff and public washrooms were in good condition
- No pest activity was observed during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was good
