Corrective Action(s): Manager stated that they would order a new paper towel dispenser with the next order of paper towels in a few weeks; Correct within 1 month. Continue keeping a roll of paper towels near this handsink.

Observation: Ice machine contained a small amount of debris on the inside. It was last cleaned two months ago according to the Supervisor.
Correction: Drain and clean and sanitize the ice machine as per manufacturer's instructions to remove the debris and keep it in a clean condition; Correct today.

-Hot and cold running water was accessible from the tap by turning the handle rather than using a tool to turn it.
