A follow up inspection was conducted the following observations were made. General General sanitation is satisfactory Iodine test strips acquired and monitored daily Tiles have not arrived and repairs are scheduled for next week Pest control recommendations will proceed once tiles arrive and are fixed Please email EHO when tiles are fixed and continue to monitor the pests
