-All refrigerator and freezer temperatures are satisfactory -No dented/damaged foods found in retail areas -Quats sanitizer is being used for surfaces -No expired baby foods/formulae found in retail area (random date checks) *** overall sanitation is ok for front area- back storage area needs attention as noted ** Reviewed latest pest control report - ensure to address all identified issues ( holes, clutters ...) ** Recommend to remove foods with soft packaging (thin paper or plastic)from lower shelf in entire facility All the noted issues to be fully rectified, send an email with action plan to address all noted issues (with time line for structural issues such as holes ... missing/damaged weather stripping . etc) to the area inspector no later then Nov 13-2024
