Observation: Walk-in cooler is not in a good working order. Note: The staff member on site admitted that it is broken.

Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Repair cooler; must be in a good working order. Temperature of the walk-in cooler must be <= 4 deg. C.
Check all sauces labels and if it is required refrigeration must follow.

General sanitation - satisfactory.
- Prep cooler (3-door) was at 4 deg. C.
- Prep cooler (single door) was at 1.2C.
- Upright freezers - satisfactory.
- Food storage - satisfactory.
- Warewashing carried out in 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs are available.
- No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
- Washroom clean and supplied with hot/cold running water; liquid soap and paper towels.
Note: No hot holding at the time of inspection (turned off/not in use).
- Beverages cooler < 4.0C.
