premise is clean sinks stocked with soap and paper towels bleach solution used for sanitizing surfaces and equipment coolers at 4C freezers at -18C food is properly stored staff wear plastic gloves. please ensure gloves are taken off each time to wash hands. premise monitoring for pests. Please ensure that bait with poison is NOT used inside the facility. no other concerns
