Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottles not adequately labelled. Bleach stored in spray bottles that are supposed to house Quats.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure spray bottles only use sanitizing agent intended. Recommend changing to properly labelled clear containers to ensure mixing of sanitizers (bleach and Quats) doesn't occur. Spray bottles emptied.

Comments

Floor in walk-in cooler still in sub-standard condition. Discussed with operator the walk-in floor will be fixed in January/February of 2018.

Temperature controls good (freezing < -18 C / Cooling < 4 C).
Bleach in sink at 100 - 200 ppm. OK.

Critical work surfaces and food prep areas well maintained, some other areas could use attention i.e. hard-to-reach areas.
