Candy Cafe - follow up. Cooler and freezer temperatures - good. Hand washing sink - hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels provided. Disposable non-latex gloves available. *Post 4 step manual warewashing poster (wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry). Note: Utensils are washed and sanitized in main kitchen dishwasher. Quats - from main kitchen and dispensed at 200ppm. Used for wiping cloths and food contact surfaces. Soft serve - follow manufacturer's directions as previously reviewed. Cleaning and pest control - programs in place. Copy of this report to be emailed to operator.
