Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in the buckets in thr front measure 50ppm QUAT sanitizer. Sanitizer observed to be milky white.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer must be refreshed when it becomes murky and not clear.
Once sanitizer was refreshed, sanitizer measure 200ppm QUAT.

Observation: - Empty cups and lids observed behind and between undercounter coolers at the bar area.
- Food debris observed under equipment and spilt on the ground.
Corrective Action(s): There is understanding that cleaning can be hard during busy times. However, when food is spilt on the ground please clean up as soon as possible to avoid slipping on it and tracking it across the kitchen.
Please ensure equipment is pulled out so cleaning can be facilitated behind and under equipment.
