Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hand sink available with liquid soap, paper towels and running water.
Hot and cold water available.
Stand up glass cooler 3.8C buckets of meats.
Display cooler spinach rolls 4C.
Stand up freezer -21C pita wraps.
Rotating cooker 1 & 2 meat top layer is cooked above 77C and then sliced only 1/2 deep to be served.
Holding hot unit at 70C or above. Slow cooker unit one at 85C.
3 compartment sink in use with bleach sanitizer.
Bleach sanitizer in use. Above 200 ppm chlorine solution detected.
Washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sinks.
Permit posted in visible location.
Operator has renewed FoodSafe Level 1 on March 9, 2019. Good work.
