Observation: Mould was observed to be growing on the underside of the shelving units in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure shelving units are sanitized on a regular basis and are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

Observation: Pizza prep cooler door seal does not form a proper seal.
Corrective Action(s): service cooler door seal and ensure it can form a tight seal to prevent loss of cold refrigeration air.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 2C (top)and 3C (bottom).
-Upright coolers (three units) were less than 4C.
-Upright freezers (three units) ranged from -13C to -18C.
-Hot holding unit used to store orders was greater than 60C.
-Temperatures are checked and logged electronically each day.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails and dispenser were at 200ppm.
-Equipment was found to be clean and well maintained.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods covered and protected from potential contamination.
-Facility serviced by a pest control operator on a monthly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until November 07, 2025.
