All items outlined in previous report were addressed, with the exception of the chlorine test strips for the dishwasher. Iodine test strips were obtained. Contact supplier to obtain correct product. -Handsinks supplied with hot + cold running water, liquid soap + paper towel -All coolers were 4 deg. C or colder. thermometers present -100 ppm chlorine detected in dishwasher rinse cycle. -Quats sanitizer present at 2 compartment sink. Concentration measured 200 ppm *Only 50 seats permitted. Extra table/chairs must be removed from premises *Pots (dishes) must be no larger than what can fit in warewashing sinks/dishwasher. -Health permit fee $62.50 (Nov - March 50 seats or less) Paid via cheque # 000023 to Fraser Health -Approval granted to operate when ready *Ensure permit is posted in location visible to public when it arrives.
