Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units at 4C
Freezer units at -18C.
No hot holding at the time of inspection.
Chlorine dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 100ppm. Chlorine test strips were available.
100ppm chlorine used as sanitizer.
General sanitation satisfactory.
Deli slicer was clean.
Cooling of pre-made soup were satisfactory as internal temperature was less than 4C.
No pest activity noted.
