No events since Sept. 2014. Kitchen has not been used since then. Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. High temperature dishwasher had 50 ppm at plate surface. Walk-in cooler was at 4 deg C. All other coolers are not being used (deactivated). Freezers were turned off, no food stored in the coolers. Dry storage area clean and organized, only few perishable food items stored in the premises. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. Pest control monitoring in place. Note: New application to be submitted for the new change of incorporation. *** Food Safe 1 to be renewed by kitchen staff.
