Observation: 1. Dairy Walk-in cooler shelving has soiling on bottom portion of wired racking.
2. Dishwasher door and joint areas, and internal portions have food particulate accumulations
3 Dishpit area, wall-stainless steel apparatus joint area caulking is soiled and discolours.
4. 3rd Floor satelite kitchen Ice scoop kept in ice machine holder, handle is soiled.
5. 3rd floor handwashing station faucet caps discoloured
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and disfect shelving in Walk-in cooler.
2. Dishwasher to be cleaned routinely and disinfected.
3. Clean and or repair caulking at dishpit
4. 3rd floor ice scoop to be washed daily and kept in a washable container that is to be washed daily as well. Wash ice scoop today prior to use.
5. 3rd floor faucet caps to be washed and disinfected

Observation: Can openers soiled, can opener mounting bracket soil.
Correction: Clean and disinfect can openers daily. Can openers with food debris will contaminate every can opened, essential inoculating every can with a contaminant

Ice machine on Main floor functional and maintained.
Water damaged receiving access door has been replaced with door that be effectively maintained. Keep door closed to prevent kitchen contamination.
Walk-in coolers and freezer lighting improved.

Hand washing stations maintained, liquid soap and paper towel available
Coolers below 4 Celsius.
Freezers below -18 Celsius.
Sanitizer available for use, sink and surface cleaner test and found to be with acceptable range.
