- Bleach available for sanitizing
- Three compartment sink available for manual warewashing. *Ensure sinks are washed and sanitized themselves prior to using to wash other equipment
- Walk-in cooler measured to be below 4C
- Walk-in freezer measured to be below -18C
- Cardboard used as floor mats are discarded at the end of each day - OK.
- Chemicals stored separately from food
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
