Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both buckets of sanitizer measure 50ppm.
Dispenser measure 400ppm QUAT sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Instructed staff to refresh sanitizer in the buckets. Please refresh sanitizer every two hours or when murky.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed beneath the shelving along the wall/floor joint area of the back storage room.
Rodent droppings observed in bin where equipment is being stored.
Corrective Action(s): Please work with pest control company to eliminate pests. Please email latest pest report to EHO.

Observation: 1. Rodent droppings observed along the wall/floor joint areas underneath the shelving in the back storage area.
2. Rodent droppings observed in the bins holding equipment
3. Walk in coolers and freezer grills observed to be a little dusty
Corrective Action(s): 1 and 2. Please remove all the equipment on the floor and reoganize the back storage so equipment aren't stored on the ground. Please and disinfect area where rodent droppings are found. Bleach water solution 1part bleach to 10parts water.
3. Please remove the fan grills and clean.

Comments

- All handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels
- All cooler measure 4C and below
- All freezers measure -18C and below
- Soup hot holding measure 60C and above
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE
- Temperature are checked and logged for all the coolers and freezers
- Hot holding of pizza is done for 1 to 1.5hour and then discarded. Time tracking is observed. Time pizza is taken out of the oven is tracked.

Note:
- Please reorganize back storage room where all the bins on the ground are checked, cleaned, and sanitized and stored off the ground.
>>> Because rodent droppings are noticed inside the bins, DO NOT store any items on the ground until no further pest activities are noted.
>>> Please decrease clutter so it is easier to clean and monitor for pests.
- Facility is closed for the summer from early/mid April to end of Aug. Will open back up when Fall semester starts. Next inspection will be after school starts, please ensure deep clean is done before reopen.
