Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Premise no longer using wiping cloths that release quats to 200ppm when diluted with 4 litres of water. New bulk Ostro-san solution used to make quats sanitizer solution. At time of inspection quats concentration over 400ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure manufacturer's instructions are followed on dilution. Dilute 2ml to 1 litre of water to make the 200ppm quats sanitizer solution. Obtain test strips to verify concentration.

Follow inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BA2PZU:

Rodents droppings behind the large chest freezer removed by school janitorial staff. No utensils, plates, bowls, bus pans, etc. stored on the lower shelf of the hot holding table. Snap traps in place throughout premise. No mice observed caught. Reminder to clean all food spills, clean all hard to reach areas, underneath equipment etc. School district to continue monitoring rodent issue in kitchen and school itself. Take necessary corrective actions such as sealing any potential entry points, keep doors closed to deter pest entry, clean organic and garbage bins on a regular basis, remove any sources of pest harbourage areas, clean food spills and eliminating pooling/leaking water.
