Scoopers in use for bulk foods -hooked onto lip of the container
Bleach sanitizer >100ppm as per operator's chlorine test strips -rinsed towels left there when not in use
NOTE:
Do not add soap to the bleach sanitizer -use a separate bucket and towels for soapy water

Back doors closed during inspection.
NOTE: a screen magnetic mesh has been added for back door -this is not effective for rodent entry -remove the mesh -if you require more ventilation in the back kitchen you may use a screen door that is tight fitting against the door frame -no gaps for rodent entry

Operator has extended dishwasher duties to ensure all dirty dishes are cleaned at the ends of the night
