Observation: Few fruit flies observed in service/dessert preparation area. Yellow sticky fly traps observed in place.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor fruit fly population and replaced yellow sticky fly traps frequently, ensuring to place traps in non-food preparation areas. Ensure to remove any moisture sources and prevent any breeding areas. Store all food covered to prevent potential contamination. Contact pest control company if the population of fruit flies increases.

Observations:
- General sanitation is satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler measured at 1'C (staff stated that the walk-in cooler was serviced to remove build-up on the fan)
- Sandwich cooler in front of cooking line measured at 2'C (top and bottom)
- Chemical glasswasher at bar observed repaired and measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
*Reminder: operator to obtain chlorine test strips for regular verification of dishwasher(s)' chlorine concentration (or as per approved sanitation plan)
- Temperature log is observed maintained - good!
