Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the interior of ice machine with focus on ice making portion. Correct immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach concentration in spray bottle 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed in the previous inspection ensure a 100ppm bleach or 200ppm quats sanitizer solution is available for use at all times to sanitize food contact surfaces. General sanitizer formula 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
