Corrective Action(s): As discussed in the previous inspection ensure a 100ppm bleach or 200ppm quats sanitizer solution is available for use at all times to sanitize food contact surfaces. General sanitizer formula 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Violation Score: 5
