Observation: 1) Metal bristle brushes are used for cleaning the grills. The bristles are visible damaged and worn out.
2) Raw eggs were stored on the middle shelf in the walk-in cooler. The bottom shelf had RTE foods.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Metal bristle brushes are not recommended for use in the kitchen as broken shards can get in food and pose a physical health hazard.
2) Ensure raw eggs and raw meats are stored on the bottom shelf to prevent cross contamination.

Routine inspection conducted. Facility is in excellent sanitary condition.

Temperatures:
Coolers are maintaining at least 4C (walk in, prep coolers (4), display drinks cooler)
Freezer is maintaining -24C.
Temperature logs are up to date.
Thermometers are available.

Sanitation:
High temperature dishwasher is maintaining at least 71C at the dish surface after the final rinse cycle. Logs are being maintained - GOOD
Sinks are functional with plugs.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer is available in sanitizer bottles.
Handwashing sinks are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
Garbage bins are accessible.
Storage practices are satisfactory. Pest proof containers are used.
Containers in cold storage have tight fitting lids.

Kitchen manager has valid Food Safe level 1 certification.

Mini planters have been added near the cashier with growth lights. These do not include soil. Ensure no soil is used, as soil is considered a contaminant.
