Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - Temperature of domestic cooler recorded at 3C - Temperature of freezer at -19C - 1 domestic fridge is used to store food brought by visitors. Temperature checked and met the health requirements. - 2 compartment sink was equipped with both hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Domestic dishwasher has sanitizing cycle. - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. Signature not taken due to COVID-19. Inspection report emailed.
