Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CLLSK2 conducted. The low temperature dishwasher is not operational. Parts required to service the machine has been ordered. Dine in area is closed (sign posted and chairs flipped and stored on top of dining tables), and take out only at the moment. The operator is to contact the district health inspector (contact information provided in the signature section) once the dishwasher is serviced. Until the dishwasher is verified by the district health inspector, the facility's dining area is to be limited to single use items only (eg, take out containers).
