Observation: * Back door still has gap underneath so that pests can enter; operator to repair/replace soon; in the mean operator to install weather strip at base of door
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure back door free of gaps so pests can not enter

Observation: * Some build up of grime/debris found under some food equipment (eg. floor mixer, some tables, etc) that requires more cleaning attention and regular maintenance
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL areas properly cleaned/sanitized regularly to remove ALL build up of grime/debris/filth(ceiling tiles/vents too)

Observation: * Dipper well water temperature was warm and not cold consistently-- and faucet was being taped. This unit requires repair and water to be cold too; Also, soap dispenser at hand sink in kitchen near prep table/grill was broken and to be replaced in proper working order
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure dipper well faucet repaired and temperature maintained with consistently cold water; Also, repair/replace soap dispenser with properly working wall mounted type
