-Facility is currently not using the BBQ Meat area.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Oven available in BBQ Meat section to reheat meats, prior to hot holding.
-Discussed with the operator the BCCDC Guideline for Using Time as a Public Health Control at Ambient Temperatures. Hot potentially hazardous foods can be stored at ambient temperatures for up to four (4) hours, if the conditions of time tracking are adhered to. Failure to adhere to the requirements will result in revoking the privilege of using time as a public health control measure. Guideline to be emailed to the operator.
-Operator with valid FoodSafe Level 1 on-site at the time of inspection. BBQ Meat area not currently in use.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Operator is considering preparing BBQ Meats in the facility. Prior to preparing BBQ in the facility, operator will need to submit a food safety plan detailing the proposal.
-Health Permit hand delivered to operator. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location.
