Ice machine installed and ice scoop stored outside. Rice ladles are stored in ice water bath. Nothing stored in handsink. No PHF stored at room temperature at time of inspection. No food being thawed at time of inspection and foods covered. Exhaust hood serviced but there are still areas that still needs cleaning. Operator is looking to find a different company and will reclean the exhaust filters. Rat droppings removed, floor sanitation maintained. Note: Also discussed garbage complaint - back area appears to be maintained at time of inspection, no garbage left on the ground and all bins are locked. Company comes to empty bins once a week. Operator is aware about garbage issue and tries to maintain back area as much as possible. Please talk to landlord if additional measures need to be made in the future. Keep bins locked; adequate garbage removal will help with rodent issue.
