ITEMS CORRECTED: - Facility has had thorough cleaning on floors specifically under grills and deep fryers - Cleaning has occurred throughout - Syrup cupboards have been cleaned - Ice scoops have been placed away in designated spaces - Time/date stickers in use - Discussion with staff and management regarding last inspection has occurred NOTE: Health inspector also observed the following: - All scoopers on ice - Chlorine sanitizer solution at concentrations of 200ppm Chlorine - Staff member returning to work and washing hands prior to handling food - EXCELLENT WORK!! Continue to maintain this HIGH LEVEL OF SANITATION! - EXCELLENT WORK!
