Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floors of the back dishwashing/storage area. Foods stored in pest proof containers.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed from floors. Treat the areas using 1000ppm chlorine (1:50). Monitor for droppings every morning/before closing and remove them if observed. Continue to store all foods in pest proof containers. All food prep surfaces must be sanitized prior to initiating any food prep in the morning.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
NOTE: Ensure the handwashing station available at the back by the dishwashing area has paper towels available at closer proximity.
- Coolers operating at required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating at required temperature of -18'C.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in spray bottles. Ensure to have the bottles labelled as 'sanitizer' or 'bleach'.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 76.1'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Washroom handsink satisfactory.
- Traps in place. Professional pest control company contracted.
NOTE: Recent reports to be provided to the health inspector before/during the follow-up inspection.
