If storing on ice, the temperature must be monitored regularly and ice replaced when melted.

All handsinks had hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
Sanitizer spray bottles measured 200ppm for quat sanitizer
3-compartment sink in prep area was set up at time of inspection
Secondary 3 compartment sink had sink plugs
All coolers measured at 4C or below
Walkin freezer and ice cream freezer measured at -18C or below
Hot-holding units for chicken, hot dogs and other food items measured between 65-75C.
Slurpy machines are in sanitary condition
Sanitation of facility is good
Staff have valid foodsafe training
All food items are stored off the ground
No signs of pest at time of inspection
